Remote Support
With an internet connection, InTouch can assist you with using your computer or fixing a specific problem remotely. Remote support is currently by appointment only, so contact us for an appointment and we will reach out to you with instructions on how to get connected.
Computer Repair
If the problem can not be resolved over remote support, InTouch will schedule a time to pick up your computer to take it in for service. There are no upfront cost and no charge if the issue is not resolved. We offer repairs, virus removal, backup-recovery, tuneups, and upgrades. Repairs start at $40 and the average turnaround time is 2 days (depending on if parts are needed). Contact us to schedule your repair.
